Rates for Pendragon Hall Hobart

One night minimum stay.
$250 per night for the first 2 persons,
then $50 per person thereafter, up to six people in total.
Peak Seasons
Two night minimum stay.
Christmas/New Year high season for 2009-2010 is from Fri 18th December 2009 to Sun 10th January 2010 (inclusive).
Australia Day Weekend high season Fri 22nd Jan 2010 to Mon 25th Jan 2010 (inclusive).
Easter Long Weekend high season Thur 1st April 2010 to Mon 5th April 2010 (inclusive).
$550.00 per night for up to six persons; $50 per head for any extra persons.
Pendragon Hall Wedding and Conference/Events hire rate is $1,250.00 for 24 hours (conditions apply).
Pendragon Hall Continental breakfast (optional) $10.00 per head per day.
A last minute discount rate of 15% applies to guests who book and pay a
50% deposit for a two night minimum stay, within the seven days before
their arrival date.
No smoking and no pets, Thank you.
Massage available in house $50 per hour.
All linen provided.
Pendragon Hall is an open plan concept. We have 1 king bed (with a moveable dividing screen), 3 four poster double beds with drop curtains (one of these beds is in a separate petitioned room), a single bed (all with electric blankets),
a trundle bed and a cot and all linen is provided. Two toilets-one outside, the other in the bathroom (contains shower, toilet and wash basin). Provided is a kitchen (fully equipped), stereo, DVD, TV and a musical instrument lounge
and of course a cosy woodfire.
The main hall, kitchen, toilets and bathroom as well as two garden courtyards are exclusively yours. The ceiling is 80ft high with amazing acoustics.
Free on street parking is available with easy access to Pendragon Hall
from Forest Rd.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PENDRAGON HALL HOBART
To secure and confirm a booking, it will be subject to an advance deposit of 50% of the total charge.
This advance deposit is fully deductible from the total charge.
If booking is cancelled 0 to 14 days before the arrival date the deposit will be forfeited.
Management also reserves the right to an excessive cleaning, damages or theft fee.
We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances.
